Born in 2018, home-bred Cassius del Caribe showed a perfect hunter style from an early age.

We thank the new owners at Hardie Horses for trusting us and we wish them lots of success in developing Cassius in his hunter carreer.

We recently welcomed a new addition to our stables: the seven-year-old Otessa van de Brouwershoeve.

We would like to introduce this seven-year-old mare by Kannan x Air Jordan Z. Otessa is a very scopey and careful mare, but she still needs to gain some experience in the show jumping arena. Mauricio is looking forward to training this exceptional horse.

The seven-year-old Elite du Lys, a recent addition to Mauricio’s stables, has been sold to Colombia.

This future 5* Grand Prix prospect is a seven-year-old gelding by Nervoso x Vondeen. Elite recently joined our stables, but it didn’t take much time before he drew our clients’ attention. Now, he’s sold to one of our loyal clients in Colombia. Mauricio Ruiz Horses wishes mister Restrepo a successful and pleasant ride with this amazing young horse.

In the last three weeks, all the horses have been jumping great in the Gold League National shows in Belgium!

Centaure du Pommeray at only eight years old is consistently jumping the 1m40 classes with great results and this last weekend in the Gold League in Opglabbeek he easily stepped up to the 1m45 Grand Prix. He’s a horse with a very good mind and lots of scope. That allows him to handle that height with ease and confidence.

Dakota is coming back from the injury he had last year in the CSI-O in Lisbon and is now jumping the 1m40 classes.

Bridgetown (9-year-old mare) is stepping up in the 1m35 classes and has always been very competitive.

Messi (8-year-old gelding) has been very consistent in the 1m35 classes and he will soon step up to the 1m40 classes as well.

Casalo, a 9-year-old gelding, is also stepping up into the 1m35 classes and becoming an easy horse to ride.

Youngsters

The young horses have been successfully competing in the young horse cycles in Belgium with excellent results.

Epsilon de Brenil has successfully been jumping the 6-year-old classes with such ease and giving consistent, good results.

Aquiles del Caribe has only jumped clear rounds since the beginning.

N-Titti has become a lot easier to ride and is stepping up into the 7-year-old circuit.

Neroli van ‘t Klavertje Vier is consistently jumping the 7-year-old cycles with such an easy way that the jumps look smaller on him.

This 6-year-old is quite often running at the fence. Today I will adapt this exercise to keep teaching the horse to wait until the last stride. And then I’m going to work on the concentration with a skinny jump.

This is a very green 6-year old that has a difficult canter and therefore he can’t hold his own balance. So we are going to adapt a few jumping exercises to help him to find a good natural balance.
