After 1 year we say goodbye to Enjoy VG. He was a sensitive horse that needed time and dedication. We always believed in his potential and today we can say that he will jump some bigger classes in the future with his new owners in Tennessee, USA.

Vandati van Reed will continue his development in Hípica Versailles in Colombia. We wish them the best of luck with this talented son of Emerald Van’t Ruytershof.

This sweet-natured mare competed consistently in the 6-year-old classes and will be continuing to show her talents as a 3-ring horse stateside. We wish her new owner the best of luck.

Cadmus van Reed (Chacco Fly x Balou du Rouet) will continue his development in Mexico.

Mauricio Ruiz Horses started 2024 with lots of horse requests from our clients.

We were able to successfully find the right horses for these requests!

– Caravaggio (Cicero x Arko III), this 6-year-old gelding will continue his young horse career in Colombia under the saddle of Mauricio Guevara. With Caravaggio, we were able to participate in the World Jumping Breeding Championship for young horses in Lanaken in 2023.

– Homebred Vadanti van Reed (Emerald Van`t Ruytershof x Vangogh), a 3-year-old stallion, will be traveling to Colombia to join his new owner at Hipica Versailles.

– And Pokerface GV (Dieu Merci x Drossan) , a 9-year-old wonderful Zangersheide mare will continue her great sports career under the saddle of a Colombian junior rider. We are pretty sure they will achieve a lot of success in the coming time.

We finished the year 2023 with happy clients. We found new owners for Jelena, Dilayla, Icarus, and Lolita.

We are pleased that our clients found the right horses for different purposes. Jelena, a 10-year-old KWPN mare, and Lolita, an 8-year-old KWPN mare will continue in the USA. Icarus, a 10-year-old Zangersheide gelding will continue his career in Colombia under the saddle of a Junior rider. And last but not least our 8-year-old Zangersheide mare Dilayla will continue her career with Vasco Flores in the USA.

We wish all of them a lot of success with their new horses.

Over the past few months, several promising horses were sold by our stable. We wish the new owners lots of luck and success with their new superstars!

We are very happy to see Valentina Restrepo competing successfully with the 10-year-old KWPN-gelding Isidoor in Colombia in the junior competitions.

We are also looking forward to Palino de Tiji (pictured above) and Eleanor Simpson having a great debut at the competitions in England.

We also wish the new Colombian owners of Fiston du Gue, the new American owners of Jelena, and the new French owners of our home bred Conquistador del Caribe a successful career in the future.

Over the past few months, several promising horses were sold by our stable. We wish the new owners lots of luck and success with their new superstars!

Cornets Spezi

In September 2022 we had the pleasure to have this amazing 7-year-old gelding by Cornet Obolensky for a couple of weeks, before selling it to our good customer Mauricio Restrepo in Colombia. We hope to see Restrepo and Cornets Spezi jumping the bigger tracks in Colombia in a few years!

Vanya

In October 2022 Vanya left for Saudi Arabia to join her new rider. Vanya arrived at our stable in December 2021 with little experience in the shows and in flat work. It took us a few months to give Vanya good rideability and enough experience before we could match her with the right customer. We wish them lots of success in Saudi Arabia.

Winston van Reed

Most of the time we want to keep the nice horses we breed, but is our responsibility as a professional stable to always give a profit to our investors. Therefore in November 2022, our 6-month-old homebred colt by Cumano out of the dam line of Douglas VDL was sold to a stud farm in France. We hope for the owners that Winston van Reed will become a good show jumper stallion in the future.

Dolphine de Muze

We are glad that most of our clients trust our professional knowledge and our ethics when selling horses so they can feel 100% confident when buying their new horses through the videos and all the information we supplied them. In December 2022, we found the right match for one of our clients in the US. They will jump the 1m30 classes with the wonderful 9-year-old mare Dolphine de Muze. We wish them lots of success.

Born in 2018, home-bred Cassius del Caribe showed a perfect hunter style from an early age.

We thank the new owners at Hardie Horses for trusting us and we wish them lots of success in developing Cassius in his hunter carreer.

Mauricio Ruiz Horses acknowledges the trust that our clients have in us by giving us the enormous responsibility to find and sell them the horses through videos and information.

Our gratitude to our clients is to find the best horse we can offer regardless of their budget.

We wish the new Colombian owners of Could be Blue (6 years old gelding by Casalco), Vigorada (6 years old mare by (Vigo d’Arsouille), and Quick Gin (6 years old stallion by Glenfiddish), lots of success with these amazing young future Grand Prix prospects.
